Beautiful book. Looking forward to giving it to my 6 year old grandson when we go visit in a couple of weeks and watching him read it to his 3 year old little brother.

The Trouble Plush Toy is so stinkin' cute! so glad we got one to go with the book, which is about the neatest thing to ever hit the shelves for real racers! It's awesome for kids to see a book that really looks like a real sprint car! We Love Trouble!!

"The Trouble With Howard" is a winner on so many levels! It teaches kids good sportsmanship; it teaches them that they should have the courage to go after their dreams even if society doesn't understand; it explains how women and other minorities made significant contributions to society despite great odds, it teaches compassion for animals, and it's a FUN story to boot! Lee Anne Patterson gives us a charming book, and Roger Warwick's illustrations are delightful. Highly recommend!

Can't wait till our little one gets old enough to read and enjoy it. At 2, he's not ready yet. Very nice drawings and looks great.

We love this book! It's an easy read for most kids and the story is different and interesting. Of course the skunk is the new house favorite. get one for all the kids you know, and maybe for their classroom too!

As someone in the motorsport community, I absolutely LOVE this book. Knowing Howard and Anita's story, this book not only beautifully captures the legacy they created together but it is a useful tool for inspiring the next generation. So much fun to read and share!
