Shipping Policy

The Trouble With Howard (“TTWH”) offers delivery for items purchased on www.troublewithhoward.com (“Website”) to most locations within the continental United States and abroad.

All orders received through the Website are shipped by parcel ground delivery. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for parcel ground service in addition to the order processing time, which is typically 72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends, and orders for apparel which require 3-5 day processing time).

Order processing and shipments take place Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET.

Shipping charges are based on the total order weight and carton dimensions for your order. Shipping charges are only refundable if the item was shipped in error by TTWH. Otherwise, shipping is considered non-refundable. All other refunds of shipping charges are solely at the discretion of TTWH.

Returns Policy

Items sold by The Trouble With Howard ("TTWH") on www.troublewithhoward.com ("Website") are considered final sale. TTWH does not accept returns for any reason. All products sold on the Website are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

TTWH reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, any abuse of this Returns policy. All purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
